Awful delivery experience

The dpd delivery did not come to my house although I was at home. They delivered it to a dpd location far from myself at a museum that is temporarily closed and has timings of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM which are inconvenient as I work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and I have tried to manipulate timings but I still did not reach in time.

Additionally we have had severe snow this week due to which the museum has remained closed 2 days yesterday and today, and they aren’t open on weekends.

The package gets sent back to yourself if I don’t collect it Monday 13march but due to the timings and geographic location there is no way that I can collect this parcel.

I contacted DPD and they said that that you would be able to redirect the parcel, however I also contacted Soho house museum and they have informed me that the parcel has been returned and is now being sent to yourself.

I wanted to confirm that post this awful and disappointing experience, I will receive a refund soon?
