PLEASE NOTE : ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WEEK COMMENCING 7TH NOVEMBER AS WE ARE AWAY. APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 
Our policy lasts 14 days.
 
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Any clearance items are not eligible for a refund or return 
  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase  
  • You are a UK customer. International refunds are not accepted

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
