Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully checked beforehand and packaged with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

TikTok Returns

Please note that TikTok return can only be done on TikTok Shop. The return procedures displayed here are only for website orders.



If you want to swap out your item or a different size or colour, we can happily exchange it and will also ship your exchange to you at no additional cost. Please be aware that we do not cover return postage fees, not do we provide international exchanges.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The exchange is respective of the 14 day policy
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase  
  • You are a UK customer. International exchanges are not accepted
  • We do not accept any exchanges from purchases made via TikTok Shop

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.

Once received, the refund or exchange will take up to 7 days to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 



We offer returns and exchanges on all website orders as long as it is requested within 14 days of receiving your order and you are a UK customer.

If you have received a faulty/dirty/damaged item, please email us on to further resolve this issue.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please do so in its original condition. Products returned with damage or signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for a return.

Refunds will take 14 days to be processed and can be completed by following the link below:

We have the right to reject your return if it has been sent back in a dirty/damaged condition as it cannot be resold. You may lose out on getting a refund or getting the item back due to health and safety reasons. Please ensure items are sent back in the condition you received it in and if it has been shipped to you in a dirty/damaged condition please contact us on before you request a return. Be sure to include your order number and clear images showing the defect.

Please note that if it has been more than 14 days, we cannot accept this return and may charge you a shipping fee to send it back to you.

Please also note that if you choose to return an item, we are not responsible for the postage fee and do not cover what it costs to return the item to us.


Cancellation Policies

We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, our fulfilment centre automatically begins fulfilling the order and we are not physically able to stop the order from being dispatched. This also applies to cancellations on our Tiktok Shop.



How do I return an item? 

Website orders: To return an item please fill out the form below and make sure you have not surpassed the 14 days threshold required for a return, you could email with your order number for more information on the return procedure.

For TikTok Shop orders you can process a return by clicking your order on your TikTok profile.

How many days do I have to request a return? You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

How long does it take to get a refund? Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed

What happens after I send a return? Once we have received a return, we make sure it is in a sellable condition and once we have accepted the return, we process your refund or exchange.

How can I exchange an item I ordered? An exchange has a similar process to a refund, you follow the link inserted below and select an exchange instead of a return. We may try to contact you if we don't have the item you want.

What happens after I send an item that I want to exchange? We will do our best to send you the item you want in exchange of your order and if we are out of stock we will get in contact with you via email/phone to help you resolve the issue.

Can I get my shipping fee refunded? Shipping costs are non refundable and in the case of a return or exchange we do not refund or cover shipping fees.

Do you offer international returns? Unfortunately we do not accept international returns.

How long does my refund take to process? Please allow 14 days for your money to appear in your account.
