I have been trying to contact the team about my order as it came incorrect, and I need to make an exchange. I wouldn’t be rushing if there wasn’t a 14day policy and you have to contact them first. I’ve only received an email asking for an order number and haven’t heard back in days and I only have a couple days to return now. I tried contacting the number on the website and it doesn’t work either but then I do get an email asking for me to leave a review. This is getting really frustrating now as during the waiting time I’ve realised that the sizing isn’t accurate either and I need to exchange all orders for the correct size.
