Delivery

Order must be completed by 3:30pm (Mon - Fri) to be dispatched on the same working day. Please make sure you have put in the correct address to avoid any shipping delays.

UK Orders

All UK orders over £100 will include free delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Royal Mail Tracked 24: You will receive your order in 1-2 Working Days as long as you have ordered before 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). £5.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48: You will receive your order in 2-3 Working Days as long as you have ordered before 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). £4.99

International

USA and Canada

All orders over $200 will include free delivery.

North American orders are shipped using DHL Express International Shipping and will arrive within 5 to 7 working days. The DHL Express International Shipping is a tracked service, price calculated at checkout.

Order must be completed by 3:30pm (Mon - Fri) to be dispatched on the same working day.

Mainland Europe

All orders over £150 will include free delivery.

Orders to Mainland Europe are shipped via a tracked standard shipping service and arrive in 3 to 7 working days,  price calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World

To countries/areas not mentioned above, there is a standard shipping service rate is calculated at checkout.

 

Customs

Orders shipped outside of the UK are subject to customs fees. Customers are required to pay their own customs fees. Please not that returned orders with unpaid customs fees and international returns will not be issued a refund for their shipping costs.

We do our absolute best to ensure our customer’s orders are packaged and shipped in a timely manner. On occasion there are shipping delays due to technical issues or incomplete addresses, so it is important that you double check your address before placing your order.

 

FAQs

How long will it take for my order to arrive? For UK orders you will receive your order in 1-2 working days if you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service, and 2-3 working days for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service. For International customers, it will on average take 3-7 working days to deliver your order, but this depends on the region and may vary.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive? If the expected delivery date has passed, we recommend that you look at the viewport link provided in your dispatch email, to track your order. There may have been a delivery attempt or your package may have been left at a designated location.
